This Privacy Policy explains how Next Generation Fansites LLC collects, uses, shares and protects information through NGFProductions.com and the websites, applications, communities, products, services, media, marketplaces, ecommerce experiences and other properties owned or operated by Next Generation Fansites LLC under current or future assumed names, d/b/a names, brands, domains, trade names or service marks, including CoogsNation.com (collectively, the “NGF Properties”).
For purposes of this Policy, “NGF,” “we,” “our” and “us” mean Next Generation Fansites LLC, including its public operating name NGF Productions LLC. Unless a property-specific privacy notice expressly states otherwise, Next Generation Fansites LLC is the entity responsible for the processing described in this Policy. A d/b/a name, assumed name, brand, domain, website name, trade name or service mark used by Next Generation Fansites LLC does not create a separate privacy controller or legal entity merely because a different public-facing name is used.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to NGF Properties that link to or expressly adopt it. A particular NGF Property, application, product or feature may provide additional privacy disclosures. Where an additional notice is more specific, that notice supplements this Policy and controls for the particular processing it describes.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the NGF Property and features used, we may collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, account information, profile information, communications, submissions, preferences, transaction-related information and support requests.
We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages or features used, referring information, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, security events and diagnostic information.
Where permitted and relevant to a feature, information may also be received from service providers, authentication providers, merchants, ticketing or travel providers, fulfillment providers, advertising or analytics providers, public sources, or other users.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to operate and secure NGF Properties; provide requested features and services; maintain accounts and preferences; communicate with users; respond to inquiries; detect abuse, fraud and security threats; improve performance and usability; personalize experiences where permitted; measure affiliate or advertising activity where permitted; process transactions; comply with law; enforce agreements; and protect Next Generation Fansites LLC, users and others.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
NGF Properties may use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, SDKs and similar technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may be used for security, authentication, fraud prevention, sessions, user-requested settings and core operation.
Optional technologies may be grouped into categories such as Analytics & Performance, Personalization, Affiliate Measurement, and Advertising & Marketing. Where NGF provides a Privacy Choices interface, optional technologies are controlled by the selections recorded through that interface.
5. Privacy Choices and Consent Records
Where an NGF Property presents a Privacy Choices interface, you may accept all optional categories, reject optional categories, or modify individual categories. Closing or ignoring a consent interface is not treated as affirmative consent where affirmative consent is required.
NGF may record the policy or interface version, categories selected, date and time of the selection, the NGF Property involved, and subsequent changes to the selection for compliance, security, dispute-resolution and operational purposes. A browser-stored choice may be lost if browser storage is cleared.
6. Affiliate, Ticketing, Travel and Commercial Measurement
NGF Properties may integrate with ticketing, travel, lodging, transportation, merchandise, ecommerce, marketplace and other commercial services. Where optional affiliate, attribution or advertising measurement technology is used, it will be controlled through the applicable Privacy Choices category where consent or an opt-out is required or where NGF elects to provide such control.
Independent merchants and service providers may collect information directly when you visit or transact with them, subject to their own privacy policies.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers and contractors that help us operate NGF Properties, including hosting, security, communications, analytics, payments, fulfillment, customer support and technology providers. We may also share information where you direct us to do so, where necessary to complete a transaction or integration, to protect rights and safety, during a corporate transaction, or where required or permitted by law.
We do not treat a d/b/a name or brand owned by Next Generation Fansites LLC as a separate third party merely because a different NGF public-facing name is used.
8. Public and Community Information
Information submitted to public profiles, forums, comments, listings, communities or other public areas of an NGF Property may be visible to other users and may be indexed or redistributed consistent with the feature’s operation. Do not submit information to a public area that you do not want publicly visible.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation of NGF Properties, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records and enforcement. Retention periods may vary by information type, property and legal requirement.
10. Data Security
Next Generation Fansites LLC uses administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and exceptions may apply under applicable law.

12. Children and Youth
Next Generation Fansites LLC does not knowingly use NGF Properties to solicit or collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Individual NGF Properties may impose age restrictions or additional youth-safety controls appropriate to their features.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
NGF Properties may contain links, embeds or integrations provided by independent third parties. Next Generation Fansites LLC does not control independent third-party privacy practices. Review the privacy policies and terms of those services when you use them.
14. NGF Brands, d/b/a Names and Intellectual Property
Next Generation Fansites LLC’s assumed names, d/b/a names, trade names, domains, trademarks, service marks, logos and copyrighted works may identify different NGF Properties, but those identifiers do not create separate privacy controllers or legal entities unless expressly stated. 15. International Users
If you access an NGF Property from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Next Generation Fansites LLC or its service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements. Privacy rights and transfer requirements may differ by jurisdiction.
16. Changes to This Policy
Next Generation Fansites LLC may update this Policy as its business, d/b/a portfolio, technology, vendors, services or legal obligations evolve. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated or presented as required by applicable law.
